Jackfruit wood is widely used in the manufacture of furniture ,doors and windows and in roof construction .

പ്രവാസ ജീവിതത്തിനിടക്ക് ഒരിക്കൽ പോലും നാട്ടിലെ കർക്കിടക മഴ കാണാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നില്ല.കുറച്ച്ചു ദിവസങ്ങളായി ഈ മരുഭൂവിൽ ആണ്  ആ കർക്കിടക മാസംഎന്ന്  തോന്നുന്നത്.നാട്ടിലെ അതെ കുളിർമ നൽകുന്ന കാഴ്ച....ജനൽ പാളികൾക്കിടയിലൂടെ ഒരു കട്ടൻ ചായയും കുടിച്ചു ആ നനുത്ത മഴ കാറ്റുമേറ്റ്...  വീണ്ടുമൊരു പ്രഭാത ദിനം...
കാഫ്  മരങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നു കിളികൾ പറന്നിറങ്ങുന്നു... അയൽവാസിയായ മൊറോക്കോ സ്വദേശി   നൽകിയ ധാന്യ മണികൾ കൊത്തി പെറുക്കാനും,മഴയേൽക്കാതെ നിൽക്കാനും വേണ്ടി ആവണം...
